Returns

Customer who purchased an order in on-line shop, can return it without giving any reason, just by making an appropriate statement in writing, within 14 business days since the day of receipt the delivery. Return should be made immediately, but not later than within 14 days.
An article should be returned in the condition in which it was purchased, in the original packaging with a copy of proof of purchase. (Official Journal of 31 March 2000). In this case, the client sends the article at their own expense.
All returns and the cost of consignments made in on-line shop will not be accepted, unless unless other arrengements have been made earlier.
I case paymant by payment card, refund will be made ​​to the card from which payment has been made.
